Privacy policy
Last updated November 6, 2026
Veilforge: Little Legions is made by Burning Outlet. This policy covers the game on Android, on Windows and in the browser, and this website. It says what the game keeps about you, why, and what you can do about it. Questions go to support@burningoutlet.com.
What the game keeps
Your account
- An account made for you the first time you play online, known by a random ID, and the tokens your devices sign in with (kept scrambled, never as they are).
- Your email address, if you link one, so you can sign in with it on another device. To sign in that way we email you a code, which is kept scrambled and works for ten minutes.
- If you sign in with Google or Apple: the ID that service gives your account for this game. Not your name, email or anything else from it.
Your game
- Your progress: your save, with your units, items, town, army and everything else you've done in the game.
- Your player name, banner and town, your rating and your highest tower floor and best results, which other players see on leaderboards, in battles and when they visit your town; and the likes and gifts towns send each other.
- Replays of the last 20 attacks on your town, so you can watch them.
- Your guild, if you join one, and your part in its weekly boss.
- Purchases: which store, its transaction ID, what was bought and when, so what you bought is given to you once. Payments are made in Google Play or the App Store; we never see your card or payment details.
Friends and chat
- Your friends, friend requests and the players you've blocked, and when you were last online, which your friends see.
- The messages you send in private, group, guild and world chats, and how far you've read each chat. Each chat keeps its last 500 messages.
Keeping the game working
- The internet address a request came from, to limit how many sign-in codes can be sent from one place. These counts are forgotten after a day.
- Error reports the game sends when something goes wrong: what went wrong and the game's version, nothing about you. They go to the server's log.
On your device
The game keeps your save, your settings and replays of your own battles in your device's or browser's own storage. The game's notifications are scheduled on your device; nothing is sent to it from our servers.
The game and this website use no cookies, no advertising and no analytics, and track nothing about you across other apps or websites. The website's fonts and pictures come from our own server. In the browser, the game shows Google's own Sign in with Google button, loaded from Google, which Google's privacy policy covers.
Why we keep it
Only to run the game: to keep your progress safe and on every device you play on, to match you against other players and show leaderboards, for guilds, friends and chat, to give you what you buy, and to keep the game fair and working.
Who else it goes to
We don't sell anything about you or share it for advertising. The only others involved are those that run parts of the game for us:
- Fly.io, whose servers in the United States run the game's servers and keep its data.
- Resend, which sends the sign-in codes by email.
- Google and Apple, when you sign in with them or buy something in their stores.
Other players see only what the game shows them: your player name, banner, town, guild, rankings and the messages you send them.
How long we keep it
As long as your account exists. Sign-in codes go after ten minutes or once used, the counts of codes sent after a day, and older replays and chat messages as newer ones replace them.
Deleting your account
Email support@burningoutlet.com from the email linked to your account, or with your player name and friend code, and we'll delete your account and everything it keeps within 30 days. Settings also has Start over, to begin the game afresh.
Children
The game isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly keep anything about them. If you think a child under 13 has an account, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new one will be here, with the date it changed at the top.
